Welcome to the ASAC Family!

All Saints Anglican Church ("ASAC") in Shreveport, Louisiana welcomed its newest group of members to the church family on Sunday, September 3, 2023. It is always a joy to receive into our fellowship Christian brothers and sisters from a variety of ecclesiastical backgrounds and from every walk of life. While we are diverse and unique in our backgrounds, personalities and life experiences, we are united by our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

This year's incoming class is made up of former Baptists, Episcopalians, Presbyterians and even a former Pentecostal. Some of our newest family members are natives of Louisiana and have lived here all their lives. Others have traveled the world as career American military personnel, while still others have an Indian and Thai Chinese heritage. It is beautiful to watch as God weaves together a rich tapestry of believers into a close knit community.

We were blessed this year by the presence of the Presiding Bishop of the Reformed Episcopal Church, and our own Diocesan Bishop, the Most Rev. Dr. Ray R. Sutton and his wife Susan. The Sutton's lived for several years in Shreveport, so this church and this city hold a special place in their hearts.

Please join me in welcoming our newest family members. Welcome, friends, to the Reformed Episcopal Church and the global Anglican Communion!
